With TPO since 2018, Luisa is an HR professional with fifteen years of proven results in employee relations, benefits, recruiting, training, investigations, management transitions and labor relations. A native Spanish speaker, she has multi-industry HR experience including agriculture, hospitality, manufacturing and construction and multinational companies in states with complex human resources laws including CA and MA and other countries including Mexico.
