CA Harassment, Discrimination, & Retaliation Prevention Training
California Law requires all employers of 5 or more employees to provide training to its supervisory and non-supervisory employees on harassment and abusive conduct prevention.
SUPERVISORS - At least 2 hours of training:
- within 6-months of hire or promotion, and
- every two years
NON-SUPERVISORS - At least 1 hour of training:
- within 6-months of hire, and
- every two years.
Temporary/Seasonal Employees - Where this classification is expected to work less than 6-months:
- 30-days of hire, or
- 100-hours actually worked.
