Respecting Diversity in the Workplace – NEW 

 California law requires organizations with 5 or more employees to provide harassment training:

SUPERVISORS NON-SUPERVISORS Temporary/Seasonal Employees
At least 2 hours of training:

  • within 6-months of hire or promotion, and
  • every two years
At least 1 hour of training:

  • within 6-months of hire, and
  • every two years.
Where this classification is expected to work less than 6-months:

  • 30-days of hire, or
  • 100-hours actually worked.
TPO’s interactive training program goes beyond the topic of sexual harassment to address all forms of unlawful harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace (age, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, etc.) in the workplace.

Our TPO Experts keep it relevant by including hypothetical situations, real-life examples, real-time discussions, reference materials, and acknowledgment forms to sign for personnel files.

TPO has trained over 10,000 managers, supervisors, and employees on the prevention of harassment and discrimination.

Supervisors continue for hour two.
