Operations Manager
Amber joined TPO in 2012. With over twenty-five years of experience in the administrative field, she steadfastly assists in the daily operation of TPO, ensuring that overall business office administration, client deliverables, marketing, communications, and technology practices are smooth, efficient, orderly, and state-of-the-art. She takes the lead in the creation, development, and delivery of client deliverables – including on-site client assignments providing full–range HR Generalist support. In addition to being TPO’s Webmaster and internal technology expert, Amber manages all aspects of TPO’s collateral material, training administration (VirtuaLivesm Online and In-Person), TPO’s Annual Employment Law & Leadership Conference, and electronic communications.
